Like much of the ocean’s bounty, fresh-off-the-boat crabmeat is best—sweet and tender with a touch of salinity. We hand pick our crabmeat daily to ensure the best possible freshness.
Our crab meat comes from several picking house depending on the time of the year. They are located in North Carolina, Maryland, Louisiana, and Alabama. USA domestic crab meat will always have some small pieces of shell. They need to be removed prior to consumption.
